Description
The KUHNWAY JS Electric Flanged PVC Ball Valve is a widely used plastic shut-off valve that offers excellent durability and cost-effective performance. It is suitable for a variety of media, including water, air, corrosive chemicals, acids, and alkalis. It is widely used in irrigation systems, water supply and drainage, and corrosive media handling applications.
The PVC valve body provides excellent resistance to most salt solutions, acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Compared with brass or stainless steel ball valves, PVC ball valves have lower temperature resistance, pressure resistance, and mechanical strength. Therefore, they are recommended for media with temperatures not exceeding 60°C (140°F).
The actuator is designed in accordance with the international ISO 5211 mounting standard and is installed on the PVC flanged ball valve using a dedicated mounting bracket. Its rugged one-piece motor and housing design delivers higher torque within a compact structure. The actuator is CE certified and is available with an optional anti-condensation heater to prevent moisture damage caused by condensation, ensuring reliable operation in humid environments.
