QUEEN series Motor Valve
MK3 motor valve:
-
The MK3 motor valve features a spring-return actuator design. During normal operation, the actuator continuously stores spring energy. In the event of a power failure, electrical malfunction, or emergency situation, the stored spring energy automatically returns the valve to its preset safe position (fail-open or fail-close). This helps minimize equipment damage, process interruptions, and media leakage, significantly improving system safety and reliability.
-
The MK3 is commonly used with 1/2" to 2" threaded 2-way and 3-way ball valves. Its compact design and easy installation make it suitable for water treatment systems, HVAC equipment, industrial automation, chemical processing, fluid transfer systems, and other industrial control applications. The rapid fail-safe return function is particularly beneficial in applications requiring emergency protection, such as fire protection systems, cooling water circulation systems, and critical process pipelines.
-
In addition, the actuator is equipped with a manual override mechanism. During power outages, maintenance, or system testing, users can operate the valve manually using the supplied wrench, ensuring continuous valve control even when electrical power is unavailable and providing greater operational flexibility.
MK7 motor valve:
-
The MK7 motor valve features a modular design with excellent versatility and expandability. It can be assembled with a wide variety of valve bodies, including flanged ball valves, threaded 2-way ball valves, 3-way ball valves, and PVC ball valves. A single MK7 actuator can be adapted to different valve sizes and materials, reducing spare parts inventory, simplifying maintenance, and improving component interchangeability.
-
Built with a robust structure and stable torque output, the MK7 actuator is suitable for water treatment systems, chemical processing, industrial automation, HVAC systems, food processing equipment, environmental engineering, and various fluid control applications. The actuator can be customized with different wiring configurations and control options, including on/off control, feedback signals, limit switches, and other special functions to meet specific automation requirements.
-
In addition, the MK7 can be equipped with an optional potentiometer for valve position feedback, providing real-time valve position signals and allowing users to accurately monitor the valve's open and closed status.
